- All-new model
An all-new model, the Nissan Juke compact crossover is built on the company’s global B-platform and features the first North American appearance of its engine.
The Juke uses a turbocharged, direct-injection 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine. Front-wheel drive models are equipped with a six-speed manual transmission, and can be optioned to a CVT that is the only choice on all-wheel drive models. The AWD models feature a torque vectoring system that splits torque 50/50 between the front and rear wheels, and also side-to-side across the rear axle; power can be increased to the outside rear wheel when needed to reduce understeer and improve cornering. An available “integrated control” system sets the throttle, transmission and steering response settings to Normal, Sport or Eco modes.
Trim levels are the SV and SL; both are available in front- or all-wheel drive.
Depending on the trim level, standard or optional features include 17-inch alloy wheels, cloth or leather seats, 60/40 split-folding second-row seats, fog lamps, power locks, CD stereo, USB port, Bluetooth connectivity, keyless entry, navigation system, power sunroof, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and active front head restraints.
