- All-new model
An all-new model for 2011, the Suzuki Kizashi (pronounced Kee-Zah-Shee) is the company’s new sporty midsize sedan. While some Canadian publications list the Kizashi as a 2010 model, and it is sold that way in the U.S., Suzuki Canada delayed the sales launch until March 2010 as a model-year 2011.
The Kizashi uses a 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine, mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) with manual shift mode and paddle shifters. It comes in a single model with all-wheel drive.
Standard features include 18-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, automatic headlamps, heated mirrors, fog lamps, power sunroof, rain-sensing wipers, ten-way driver and four-way passenger power heated leather seats, 60/40 split-folding second-row seats, auto-dimming rearview mirror, floor mats, illuminated vanity mirrors, keyless entry, cruise control, tilt and telescopic leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls and paddle shifters, express up/down front windows, CD/MP3 Rockford Fosgate stereo with USB port, rear parking sensor and pushbutton ignition.
